It is official now. Staples announced that starting on July, 1 2010 we'll be earning only $2 back in Staples Reward for each recycled cartridge or toner (up to 10 recycled cartridges per month)
Sucks for everyone who's recycling cartridges... I guess we'll have to look into OfficeMax and other ink recycling programs...
